News is coming out of E3 fast and furious, and we've got a roundup of the best stories and top shockers:

Sony is incessantly teasing the public with peeks at it's PSP Go -- a portable version of the (somewhat disastrous) gaming system. Hopefully this can pull Sony out of its gaming rut!

Our friends over at Game Hunters break down the top 5 gaming companies who've made tsunami-esque announcements in previous years, including a preview of what we can expect.

In similar yet unrelated video games news, the Guinness Book of World Records is set to announce at E3 that Call of Duty 4 is officially the most played online video game in history. Cool beans for all you 20-30-ish guys who've stayed up countless hours to shoot up your buddies. Well done!

... Also making headlines in the digital world is Microsoft's new BING search tool. Publicly available on Wednesday, the engine offers a stunning picture as its homepage, fantastic search results as its destination and plenty of interesting little bits along the way. Next time you go to type 'Google' into the URL, try out www.Bing.com -- oh, and Microsoft is going to bombard you with some advertising in the coming weeks to cement that it's search engine is the best. Truth be told ... it kinda is.

Happy Friday! I spent last night out cracking some ice monsters in DnD, so I'm up for anything today! Some headlines, if you please?

Rumors are flying that Google is looking to buy Twitter. Hm, then I may actually use without being tasked to by corporate. :-) Oh, and while you're at it, check out this list of 8 things that will get you un-followed on Twitter.

Pres. Obama brought the Queen of England a video iPod pre-loaded with videos of her state visit a few years back and, surprisingly, an impressive collection of showtunes. Apparently Her Majesty is a fan. Who knew? On a side note, I love the British monarchy so much! I am fascinated by the pomp and circumstance ... and I think it is absolutely adorable how much Elizabeth loves Michelle Obama!

Good news, slackers! A new study from Down Under shows workers who use the internet for personal use while on the job are actually 9% more productive than their non-online counterparts! So, surf away, and feel free to tell you boss that it is *for the good of the company* that you update your Facebook page a few times a day, and that Perez Hilton is making you a better worker! I certainly do!

Microsoft may be readying a Zune phone that offers free music.

My favorite magazine is making some cuts: Wired.com is laying off 12% of its online staff due to current economic conditions. So sad!

I'm sure it's been a good week for at least some of you out there! For me -- I've been embarrassingly working off a loaner computer as mine has come down with a delightful virus that keeps pitching some stupid anti-virus software at me. I downloaded it while playing the 'Temple of Mahjong 2' that I recomended last time ... stupid computer games ...

So, as it gets its memory wiped completely clean and reinstalled, let's browse these headlines together ...

But, who would've though that Maks and his weaselly, dumb, strangely visaged Barbie doll would get voted off before Karina and her awkward, uncomfortable gnome of a dance partner? I bet it was a funny night last night in that love nest -- you did know Maksim and Karina are engaged, right?
